National Honor Society Open to: Seniors who plan to attend college with a preferred major in math. Application: Online to print and return with copies of parents’ federal tax forms 1040 (page one only) and their W-2 forms for latest year these forms were filed. Note: In the case of divorced parents, only the custodial parent’s (and current spouse’s, if remarried) financial information is required. Return application to: Mr. Poole, RHS Guidance Counselor Deadline: March 10th Amount: $500.00 non-renewable Payment of funds: The Scholarship is payable at the beginning of the second semester of college after the recipient submits a copy of his/her grades proving that he/she has completed a semester of course work and has earned a GPA of at least 2.5.
