Laura Phillips Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Established in memory of Laura Phillips. Phillips grew up on a farm in the country and never had the opportunity for a formal education. This scholarship benefits deserving students graduating from high school in Graham County who are planning to attend any accredited community, technical, or four year college in western North Carolina.

Application: Online to print and return with copies of parents’ federal tax forms (page one only) and their W-2 forms for the latest year these forms were filed. Note: In the case of divorced parents, only the custodial parent’s (and current spouse’s, if remarried) financial information is required.
