NCAE Local Chapter Scholarship

Open to: Seniors who plan to attend college and major in education.

Application: Online to print and return with copies of parents’ federal tax forms 1040 (page one only) and their W-2 forms for latest year these forms were filed. Note:  In the case of divorced parents, only the custodial parent’s (and current spouse’s, if remarried) financial information is required.

Return application to: Mr. Poole, RHS Guidance Counselor

Deadline: March 10th

Amount: $500.00 non-renewable

Payment of funds: These funds will be paid to the recipient upon proof of enrollment.

On a separate sheet of paper, please tell the committee why you want to be a teacher and explain your specific need for this monetary assistance.
