The recipient will be selected by the school’s scholarship committee. Open to: Seniors who plan to attend college. Application: Online to print and return with copies of parents’ federal tax forms 1040 (page one only) and their W-2 forms for latest year these forms were filed. Note: In the case of divorced parents, only the custodial parent’s (and current spouse’s, if remarried) financial information is required. Return application to: Mr. Poole, RHS Guidance Counselor Deadline: March 10th Amount: $1000.00 non renewable Payment of funds: This award is payable at the beginning of the second semester of college after the recipient submits a copy of his/her grades proving that he/she has completed a semester of course work and has earned a GPA of at least 3.0. The scholarship is then paid directly to the college. If the student fails to complete the semester or does not earn the minimum required GPA, the scholarship will not be awarded.
