Ray Phillips Memorial Scholarship

Established in 2003 in honor of Ray Phillips and his dedication to his family. The Phillips family members fund this scholarship to help deserving students of Graham County is able to achieve a higher education.

The recipient will be selected by a committee made up of family members.

Open to: Any Senior who plans to attend college.

Application: Online to print and return with copies of parents’ federal tax forms (page one only) and their W-2 forms for the latest year these forms were filed. Note: In the case of divorced parents, only the custodial parent’s (and current spouse’s, if remarried) financial information is required.

Deadline: March 10th

Amount: Approximately $500.00 depending upon Scholarship Fund.

Payment of funds: Payment will be made to student upon completion of first semester of college if GPA is 3.0 or higher.
